KV 70

The new vertical cartoner KV70 replacing the KV60 (multiformat, semiautomatic, with continuous movement) offers total access and visibility of the various functions (glass top guard). The KV70's ergonomics enable easy packaging of articles in cartons.

Cartons are automatically picked and opened from a horizontal belt feeder.

Automatic closing of the flaps forming the bottom of the carton and automatic opening of the upper side flaps provides for improved product feeding.

Automatic closing of the upper flaps. The closed carton is ejected between two felt strips. Machine mechanically controlled. Adjustable speed by frequency variator. Safety complies with EU standards, APAVE, Veritas, AIF recommendations, etc. Stainless steel bottom guards.
